The desk that does
Most tools got good at pointing people somewhere. We think the job is doing what they came for.

A good answer solves the problem.
Every team that answers clients inherits the same problem. An inbox you never get to the bottom of, and a queue of people who mostly want one small thing changed. The tooling has improved for years and the shape has not.
Chatbots were meant to fix it. Most of them read your help pages back to you, and a client who has already read those pages is further from an answer than when they started. The pain behind the question goes unanswered.
We think the difference is doing rather than directing. When someone asks how to change their address, the useful reply is not a link to the page where addresses are changed. It is the address changed, and a sentence saying so.
That only works if the thing answering is honest about its limits. Bear AI says when it does not know, and hands the conversation to a person with everything said so far attached. A tool that guesses to look clever costs more trust than it saves time.
We believe
Not knowing is an answer.
Guessing to sound useful spends trust nobody earned. Bear says when it cannot help, and hands over the whole thread.
Answer where they asked.
Nobody should have to learn your channels, or your language, before they can get help. Bear replies where they wrote.
Do it, do not describe it.
Most questions are really requests. Bear presses the button rather than telling your client where to go and find it.
